Building the First Dedicated Medical Theme for WordPress
When MedicalPress was conceived, there was no dedicated medical WordPress theme on ThemeForest. Healthcare providers were using generic business themes and struggling to present their services, doctors, and appointment booking in a professional, trust-building way.
The challenge was to build a theme that worked for the full spectrum of healthcare — from a single GP practice to a multi-department hospital — while maintaining the clinical credibility and trust signals that patients require before booking an appointment.
